Our Vacation

We went here for our vacation- Seattle

JD met a new best friend....TuTu Soro (Colata's father who is visiting from Fiji).

My beautiful parents! Don't they look good for being in their 60's?

On saturday Spencer, Colata, Dad, and Soro went the a Mariners game. This was one of dad's life long dreams and he was finally healthy enough to do it!

On Sunday it was just a relaxing day. I, of course, had a migraine (from the stress of traveling over there. JD screamed and cried the whole way and he had slept horribly the 5 previous nights due to teething) and so Spencer was so kind and took all five kids on a road trip to the Seattle temple. This gave me about an hour and a half to sleep. Thanks sweetie!


On Monday we went to the Point defiance Zoo and Aquarium. It was a lot of fun!

This walrus was 3,300 pounds. It was ginormous!
The kids also got to touch starfish, crabs, etc.

Trina went with Jada and Rylee on a camel. Yep, that's right...they road a camel.

And Blakes favorite part (and mine too) was the shark tank. Lots of big and little sharks
Tuesday we went on the Duck ride. Soooo much fun.

Wednesday was girls day out. Loved loved loved this day. We went to the mall and then went and got our hair done. I also got a manicure for the first time and a pedicure for the 2nd time. The lady kept gasping at how long it had been since I had done things like cut my hair, do my nails, and eyebrows. Sorry lady, it's something I'd love to do often but I am a mother and we have other priorities right now!

Thursday was the Pacific Science Center. I must say, I was kinda disappointed with this one. The activities were not age appropriate for our kids and they got bored fast. It was pretty sad that their highlight of that place was the kid play area with a slide.

Friday we went to Nike town and then in the evening Mom, dad, Trina, Colata, me, Spencer, Soro and Sera went to a graduation ceremony for Colata.

The person taking this picture obviously did not tell us that Colata was growing Spencer's head :)

On Saturday Colata graduated and got his Masters in hospital administration

and we went to the Puget Sound to take some pics and enjoy the beach. Look at this view!

I can't believe how beautiful it was there!

It was a fun and relaxing vacation. Thanks for having us Loganimoce's. Now....back to reality :(
