Can I have a new head please?

So for about two weeks now I have been having this migraine that has not gone away, even with my migraine meds. I also have all this pressure. Most of it is in the back of my head. This is a migraine I have NEVER had before. Completely different. I could go on and on about where it hearts, how often it hurts, and how bad the pressure feels, but what I can't tell you is why. We have no idea. I finally listened to my mom yesterday afternoon and called the Dr to make an appointment for today. However, he is out for over the next week. So, she asked me who else I would like to see. Then she asked for my sypmtoms and then trandferred me over to a triage nurse. After speaking with her she gave me the option of going to urgent care or the ER. I chose urgent care. But 3 minutes later, she called me back and said she felt strongly that I should go to the ER. After 4 hours of waiting the the waiting room, I finally got called back. (after 4 hours of not moving and resting, not chasing after or doing anything for my kids. I actually felt better than I have felt in the last week). Anyways, I got a CT scan and and IV. We were able to rule out all the "dangerous" types of headaches....tumor, aneurysm. I got some narcodics. Wow, I felt so weird and sick after that. but my pain did go away. After another 2.5 hours, I was discharged with no answer. I slept good last night and woke up without a headache. However, my lack of pain did not last long. By 10am I had the same exact pain and by 11 I was feeling like I was gonna puke everywhere. I still am nausiated and don't feel good. I am laying down for the next couple of hours and hoping I can function this evening and take the kids to do our daily pool fun! I hate this feeling. I hate even more that I have no idea what is causing it and NOTHING releaves the pain and pressure. Booooo. Heavenly Father, can I have a new head please, and while you're at it, can you make my eyes work?
