I watch a little 6 month old baby girl who is just adorable and we love her to death. This morning soon after her dad dropped her off she pooped. No big deal right? Well, they forgot to pack babywipes. My two kids are potty trained and so we don't have baby wipes. Well this one was quite messy. I told her, "no more pooping, I don't have any wipes for you." Two hour later, she pooped again. And then a couple hours later she pooped again. Now this wouldn't have been such a big deal, if I didn't have to be creative. These weren't easy, clean-up poops either. These were full on smashed to the butt poops. Go figure, the day I have no baby wipes, she poopes three times for me. She NEVER poops this much. Good thing I am a somewhat experienced mama. Anyways, those are my two fun "poopy" stories I had, and they both happened the same day...how funny is that.

A "poopy" Mess!
The last couple of days, Rylee has been constipated. Now that I think about it, it's probably been 7 days since she last went. My mom said that this is not normal and that I should call the doctor. Mind you, everytime Rylee would sit on the toilet because she needed to go, she would just start screaming in pain. I would have to sit and hold her and rub her tummy. This last weekend it got much worse than it was through the week. She barely complained about it during the week, hence the reason I didn't do much about it. So this morning I called the doctor. I gave them Rylee's info and I was told a nurse would call me back. At about noon my my called and asked if the nurse had called me back, I said no, so she brought me and enema for Rylee. She was nice enough to stay and help me. We had to put Rylee on all fours and then I had to squirt this enema up her bum. She just kept screaming and I felt so bad. The solution did not seem to be coming out for me so I had mom try. Well, she had no problem. Then Rylee started screaming even more. We moved her to the toilet. Nothing was happening but a whole lot a screaming. So I put a pull up on her, wrapped her in a towel and held her and rubbed her tummy to try and get her to calm down. She finally did, and once she relaxed..oh boy. Let's just say she was very very backed up. 20 minuted went by of her actually on the toilet and a whole bunch more came out. Anyways, she is feeling much better.... But wait there's more to my "poopy" day.
