Talent show

The kids sang "I feel my Savior's Love" last night for the talent show. It was a kind of last minute thing. We picked it out the day before and practiced a couple times. Keep in mind the kids have never practiced with a mic before. It was actually hilarious to watch because their personalities came out. You can't see it clearly, but Rylee is tiptoeing so she can reach the mic and have her mouth on it...hogging it. At one point Blake gives her a little push to move her out of the way and she gives him a very funny look. Meanwhile Blake's face was bright red and he was embarrassed the whole time he's up there. To top it off, when they are all done...Rylee won't let go of the mic and then says "Thank you" and Blake follows in her footsteps. Maybe you had to be there to see their funny expressions and everything, but they had the crowd laughing....during a reverent song. Ha! leave it to our kids to do that! I love them!
