You never know

I have been reminded over the last week that life can change in a split second. We never know what tomorrow will bring. I have had something on my mind almost every second the last few days. My good friend who has a young child and is due in January with their second, they just found out last week that her hubby has cancer. I think he is 26. Anyways, They don't know a whole lot yet, but just knowing how much she is hurting, how much her little family is hurting, well, it just makes my heart hurt too. As we were talking today, she was telling me that if he has to do radiation, she won't be able to be around him because of the effect it can have on the pregnancy. Can you imagine going through the end of your pregnancy and having a sick spouse and not be able to be with them? It makes me physically ill thinking about how hard it must be. She is such a strong woman and they are an amazing family. I pray that they will be comforted at this time and know that there are many people that love them and would do anything to help them. My family loves their family dearly. PLEASE keep them in your prayers. Also, please take this as a reminder that life is precious and we never know what tomorrow will bring....sickness, death. We never know. Tell those you love how much you love them. Serve and love with all your heart. Never take your life, health, love,....anything for granted! I don't know if this friend wants others to know of their circumstances right now, but please know that I am here for you for whatever you may need. Don't hesitate to call me for anything! I love you!
