Blake had his first cc meet for this year yesterday. He did awesome and got 6th place. He has qualified for All City on October 19th and is VERY VERY excited about it. In fact, kind of annoyingly excited about it. He's been talking my ear off. His time was 8.09.98 (I think that's how you put it...basically 8 minutes and 10 seconds. He was about 28 seconds behind the kid that took 1st. The pictures I got were horrible. Most were blurring or the sun made them turn out awful. Oh well....

We had to give back his jersey before he checked out and he had left his other shirt at school...he was so embarrassed :) It was funny
